I love the sauce, and I'm not talking about the drinking kind of sauce (except in moderation) but the kind that really enhances the flavors of food. My passion for sauces started over 15 years ago. My search began with the supermarket shelves with the hope that I could find something delicious and make my life and time spent in the kitchen easier.

The labels looked great but the sauces never tasted as good as the labels made them appear, and with that my journey began. Lots of food shows from the east coast, west coast and the midwest to find the artisinal producers of high end good quality products for home cooks.

Thus started www.clubsauce.com, a work in progress that I want to share with fellow cooks and the professional trade. It's my goal to introduce you to some of the very best quality, flavors and aromas that I have found over the years. In additon I want to give you recipes, and information that will enhance your enjoyment of every meal you make.

So as the work in progess continues I've began this blog so that we can all share in the many secrets we've discovered over time and to write about your passions, mistakes, fun, and disappointments in the kitchen so we can all have a laugh or gain something new in the process.
