New e-Cookbook

We are excited to announce the release of our very own Club Sauce e-cookbook entitled
Saucing…the art and essence of fine cooking. This book is a collaborative effort by
Chef David Nelson of Steamboat Springs, CO and Jules Silver of Club Sauce.

A portion of the proceeds from the sale of these books will be used in the funding toward
the education of aspiring chefs throughout the country. The organization, chef4students.org
was founded by Chef David Nelson and his wife Pamela.

The inspiration for this book was the desire to create simple yet easy to prepare sauces
and dishes that a home cook would enjoy making as well as serving guests, and
family alike. The e-cookbook includes over 101 recipes with many familiar and easy to
find ingredients.
